Delete your UPCX Wallet account

For the UPCX Pay & Wallet mobile app. You can request account deletion here without reinstalling the app.

Request by email

Email info@upcxwallet.com with the subject “UPCX Wallet account deletion”. Identify your UPCX username and the registered phone number with its country code. We will verify account ownership before acting and reply about completion or any records that must be retained. Do not send your OTP, recovery phrase, private key or password. No payment is required.

Delete within the app

Open Profile → Delete account, acknowledge deletion, type DELETE, and complete phone verification. If cleanup is interrupted, use Finish deletion.

What is removed

Your UPCX ID, linked-wallet history, sign-in sessions, conversations, messages, blocks, reports and coupon records are removed from the live UPCX directory. Other devices are signed out. Conversations involving your account are removed from the live service for both participants. Firebase account cleanup is requested as part of the in-app flow.

What remains

Your self-custody wallet stays on your device unless you separately remove it. Back up its recovery phrase privately before removal. Account deletion does not transfer funds, restore lost keys or erase public blockchain history. SMS abuse-prevention counters remain for their limiting windows. Provider backups and security logs follow provider retention practices; records required by law or an unresolved security investigation may be retained for those purposes.
