Delete your merchant account

For UPCX Pay & Wallet and upcxwallet.com. You can submit this request here without installing the app, including while your application is pending or your account is suspended.

Submitting closes merchant access, signs out sessions and disables store API keys. Existing payments and any funds still require reconciliation by UPCX. This does not move or forfeit your funds.

Ordinary account data is scheduled for operator-reviewed deletion after 30 days. Required financial records and records needed for unresolved payments or legal obligations are retained separately. The operator records the reason and next review date, visible using Check request status below. Public blockchain records cannot be erased.

This does not delete your personal wallet or recovery phrase. To remove the wallet from this phone, use Wallet settings → Remove wallet after safely backing it up.

Cannot access your account, or need confirmation after processing? Email info@upcxwallet.com from your merchant email. Never send your password, private key or recovery phrase.
